Since I was young, I've been taught to study hard and get the best I could in order to get a better job. My parent which is selfmade millionaire without much education, so they thought by having a good certificate will give me more wealth. Anyway, they are totally wrong because when the time I have graduated and started work, my first job landed me to a very horrible working experience which was absolutely different from what I have expected and has been told.
I understand a lot of people including my parent and my friends will only look up to the high educated people which they thought they extremely the best. Anyway, I don't care about what they said whereby, I ventured into my own businesses that I mentioned earlier. I learnt a very good lesson and from this incident has changed my thinking. Thinking will help you to achieve what you want. That's the reason I have joined a lot of seminars and coaching programmes to open up my mindset and to reeducate my way of thinking. As I know before you can conquer and win any war, you must know how to conquer yourself and thinking. To success, we must get out of our comfort zone and think out of the box in order to achive the unlimited wealth.

As an employee, if you're mediocre in your thinking then definitely i can foresee your future with the company. That means you can't be promoted and get the income you want. So, be proactive and stand out of the crowd and be the one.

Even though now you just an employee with little money in your pocket but still can think big like Donald Trump. That's the reason i want to write this short article whereby as an employee they must know when to think big.

Financial crisis meltdown which is happening now in fact is a very crucial platform and timing for us to fully leverage it. I don't know whether you know it or not, a lot of people said there are millionaires been created in good time but there are even more millionaires emerge when there is a bad time ahead. This is because this millionaires knows how to leverage the bad time for their fortune creation. "How?" i think this is the question almost everyone are asking for but i think you can find all the answer at the bookstore nearby you because there are a lot of book has written to assist you to find the answer. That's why i only give you some idea but not the in doing it for this time. For me if that person is smartworking enough, definitely she or he can find the answer on their own.

The difference between rich and poor

In this Information Age, the gap between poor and the rich class is getting wider. With the increasing of the middle class and the decreasing of the poor class which eventually will also be classified as poor class. In this case, that means in the future there will be poor or rich class only.
So, people must start to realize the different between this two class.

Rich people always dream and think big. They will continuously expand their context and keep on thinking big without doubt into what they are doing. Poor people also dream but they always don't believe into what they dream. Most of the time, they willing just sit on it rather than prove or take action.

Rich people they like to take risk but not blindly which they don't fear to take calculative risk. For them, by taking risk only they could achieve what they have been dreamed for. Jacky Chan one of the famous star and multi-million as well often say "No pain, No gain". This type of phylosophy has moved them into their goal. Poor people they either take risk blindly or they don't take risk at all. Most of them don't even dare to take risk because they have been taught since in school to study hard in order to get a security job. Even for those really like to take risk, they just simply take risk which they misthought it can make them to success e.g. gambling, invest in something they don't know or study before etc.

I have cited two examples for the differentiation of both class but i didn't mean to belittle anybody in the poor class but i only want to give a clearer picture so we can learn from it.

How to create your financial in this bad economy as an employee?

The current economy turmoil has given a very deep impact to all of us. A lot of people is asking, how long does this situation will goes on? Definitely there is no intact answer for it but as a normal people which still want to survive you need to better equip yourself before wipe out by this gigantic storm. There are few things you can do or maybe you're doing it.

Firstly, to those who are an employees they should stay on their job and ensure the job you are doing can give you an income which enough for you to survive and save a little bit as well.

Secondly, try to learn some skill regarding investment. There is few types of investment e.g. stock, properties, gold, business, franchise ect. Anyway, you should focus on one investment in a time whereby you could focus all your energy and resources on it.

Thirdly, after you master one of the investment you should use a little bit of your to start the investment but make sure you really study on that particular investment very thoroughly. Start small but must think big.

At last but not least, you must be patient to every investment you invest in order to succeed.

The above ideas are only a view from my own. For those who can't take the risk please do not follow.
